I am Maxime, a jeweler based in Marseille, and I create my pieces in an artisanal way using traditional techniques. Sand casting is one of these ancient methods, both sustainable and unique. I make molds by pressing sculpted waxes into rings, patterns, or pendants into sand.A channel is then carved into the mold to pour molten silver. After it cools down, I rework the silver to create unique jewelry. Any sand that is not burnt is reused for new molds.
